WHY DO WE GAIN WEIGHT ?

Low Metabolism Rate -As we age, a decrease in our physical abilities leads to a decrease in our metabolic rate (amount of energy used in a given period), which in turn contributes to weight gain. On the other hand, a person's biology and metabolism differs to make some prone to gain a lot of weight and others more resistant.

Poor Blood Circulation - Blocked lymph nodes can lead to weight gain because our body is not able to drain toxin/water therefore it causes poor blood circulation and it will then eventually decrease our metabolism rate. Blocked lymph can also cause tumors that can lead to cancer.

 

Lack Of Exercise - Lacking of exercise can cause poor blood circulation. We need to perspire not only to stay cool or to lower our body temperature when we exercise but also detoxification. That is why for those who stay in the air-conditioned room the whole day then to have weight problems.

Crash Diet - Crash diet pile can make you put on weight easily and tend to gain twice the weight. This is because your body tend to keep fats and absorbs twice the amount whenever you eat. This is because our body does not know when you are going to eat again.

WHY IS OUR BREAST GETTING SMALLER BY YEARS ?

 

Do you find that your breast is getting smaller, sags and gets out of shape as you age? This is mainly due to improper wearing of bra. Trendy, lacy, push up bras these days does not give your breast the proper support. It only covers your nipple and it does not gives your breast the proper support it needs. Our breast will start to sag due to gravity and the fats from your breast will flow to the back of our body because we do not wear bra to sleep at night. In results, we tend to have smaller breast and thicker back.

Breast Cancer Bra-wearing has been linked to breast cancer.
Do you know that women who wore a bra 24 hours a dayhad a 113-fold increase in breast cancer incidence compared to women who wore bra less than 12 hours daily! They suggest that under-wire bras exert enough pressure to the breast and surrounding areas to inhibit the flow of lymph, which then causes toxins and other waste material to remain in the breasts instead of being flushed out. Slowly the blocked lymph nodes will become tumor and could cause breast cancer. The results of wearing under wire bra left marks indicating it blocked the lymph nodes of your breast that later results in breast cancer.

Now, this effect may be due to the fact that most women just wear the wrong size bra that is too tight somewhere. No one has done any studies investigating how well the bra fits and a possible link to breast cancer. Either way, for your breast health it is better to avoid wearing wired bras whenever possible, and on those occasions when you do need one, get a real well fitting one that is NOT tight anywhere. 

Padded bra especially those moulded bras are made of 7 types of chemicals. Just take a look at our sponge we use for dish washing. The sponge can only last 2 months however our bras can last us from a minimum of 3 - 5 years and it never gets out of shape. Our detergent these days are also consist of chemicals. If our padded bra are not washed properly, the chemical will stay put in the pads or sponge of our bra. When we perspire our skin pores will open. Because of poor oxygen circulation and polyester does not absorb sweat, the chemicals will then enter our pores and slowly it will then developed into breast cancer.
